Description:
This Jeep transmission adapter to the Jeep D18/20 transfer case is 1.012” in length. Adapter material is 356 T-6 heat treated aluminum alloy. Adapter kit includes a adapter casting, 23 spline x 6 spline spud shaft, gasket, seal, o-ring, fastening hardware, and adapter instructions.
Transfer Case
- Jeep DSpicer 18 or 20 (6 spline input)
This adapter assembly will fit any DSpicer 18 / 20, Scout version with a 6 tooth female drive gear. The transfer case index to the new adapter will require an index retainer & sealed bearing. Please I.D. the transfer case bore size (3-1/8”) small hole or (4”) large hole for proper retainer.

The kit is designed for exclusive use with all 1980 & newer Jeep manual and automatic transmission that feature a 23 spline output shaft.
