Poly Performance Dealer Inquiries
Here at Poly Performance we want YOU, the potential Dealer, to succeed as much as we do. To be issued Dealer status you MUST meet all the requirements listed in the Dealer Requirements Checklist found in the Dealer Checklist below.
After successfully meeting all required items listed in the Dealer Checklist and creating a Account Profile on our website you will be granted Dealer status. IMPORTANT: Dealers must agree and follow the Dealer Agreement (found below).

Poly Performance/Synergy Suspension reserves the right to decline or cease business with any business that does not meet the required qualifications or does not represent Poly Performance/Synergy Suspension in the most commending way possible.
Poly Performance/Synergy Suspension dealers may not advertise any product for less than the current Retail pricing. Advertising includes, but is not limited to, print ads, websites, auctions (of any type), catalogs, and flyers. The Poly Performance/Synergy Suspension brand must be sold as Poly Performance/Synergy Suspension brand of parts. Dealers selling Poly Performance/Synergy Suspension parts as their own brand of parts or advertising below retail will result in immediate termination of your Dealer account.
By applying for a dealer account, businesses, accept all of the above term, and agree that Poly Performance/Synergy Suspension shall not be held liable for any monetary concerns of any kind should the relationship be terminated for any reason.
