Tired of your Tacoma, 4Runner, FJ Cruiser or GX470 losing alignment after having fun using it in the dirt? Poly Performance has developed our Taco Tab Alignment Cam Delete kit for the Toyota 120 series platform to combat the issue of frequent alignment shift. Factory alignment cams are great for street driven vehicles, but they leave something to be desired for the serious enthusiast. Factory cams are susceptible to rotation when driven hard and seizing to the bushings if you live in the rust belt. We’ve had vehicles lose alignment very quickly under hard usage, especially in driving whoop-de-doos and during momentary arguments with gravity. By eliminating the alignment cam assembly and replacing it with our fixed ’Taco Tab’, we are able to lock the alignment setting from shifting, and we're also able to upsize the hardware at the same time. Using position specific neutral and offset tabs, we retain the upper and lower limits of the factory adjustment range without any modification to the vehicle.

This easy to install kit is compatible with all control arms that use the factory cam bolts, requires no permanent modifications, and the full range of factory adjustment is retained. Stock or performance bushings can be used, (we recommend Whiteline bushings as a good upgrade for those with stock control lower control arms). Our kit is also compatible with the Total Chaos Cam Tab Gusset kit for users who need to add a strength upgrade too, as the factory tabs are still susceptible to bending under extreme usage.
