Description:
The RWII Model #10250 is cabled similar to other spool guns as the primary intention is to use this model as a spool gun attachment to the welding machines which already have a built-in ground wire or clamp. The Model 10250 also comes with the AC/DC Power Converter for welding with CC (constant current) stick machines. The Model 10250 will connect to all DC output welders as well as batteries (Please note that batteries require additional cabling.). This model is primarily used by welders wanting a spool gun attachment to their engine drives, MIG machines and stick machines (i.e. an attachment to run off your Miller, Lincoln, Hobart, and ESAB machines). This model is an excellent choice for welders that have engine drives or those that weld aluminum in the shop connected to a MIG or Stick machine. The Model 10250 is about 1/3 of the cost of most other manufacturered spool guns. The Model 10250 has a one year 100% parts and labor limited factory warranty.

Optional Cold Switch Upgrade:
The Cold Switch solenoid system is contained in a softball sized box
that is integrated near the end of the Ready Welder II's cable and adds
approximately 3' to the overall cable length. This system is designed
to protect the operator from accidentally striking an arc without the
trigger pulled. The solenoid is deactivated when you release the
trigger, allowing you to lay the welder down or to avoid arcing out
your grounded surfaces without any worries. This feature was
manufactured with safety in mind.
