How do I use the 4th of July sale code?
Enter code FREEDOM10 at checkout. The discount applies to eligible products only.

Can I combine FREEDOM10 with other discounts?
No. FREEDOM10 cannot be combined with other coupon codes, discounts, promotional offers, or already-discounted pricing.

Are all products included in the sale?
No. Some products, brands, and categories may be excluded due to MAP policies, manufacturer restrictions, limited-time brand pricing, or other promotional limitations.

What does special brand pricing mean?
Select brands may have special pricing during the sale period. These offers can vary by product and may not require the same coupon discount as standard eligible items.

When does the sale end?
The Red, White and Built Sale runs June 29 - July 6. Orders must be placed during the sale period to qualify.

How quickly will my order ship?
Most complete orders placed before 12 noon Pacific Time are sent to our warehouse the same day and usually ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Some orders may ship directly from a manufacturer or supplier.

Do weekends or holidays count as business days?
No. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days for order processing, shipping, or transit time estimates.

Can I choose a specific shipping carrier?
Poly Performance may use USPS, FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, or other regional carriers. We do not guarantee a specific carrier, so please use a delivery address that can receive shipments from any carrier.

Does free shipping apply to oversized items?
No. Free shipping offers do not apply to oversized items, truck freight, or products that require special handling. Some large items may require additional freight or handling charges after checkout.
