Shipping Information

Most complete orders placed before 12 noon Pacific Standard Time will be sent to our warehouse the same day and ship out within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on back order and will ship when available. We make every attempt to ship the majority of orders within 1-2 business days of placement (excluding weekends and holidays). If there is to be an extended delay in shipping your order we will attempt to contact you.

Weekends or holidays are NOT considered "business days".

Poly Performance, Inc. utilizes third party fulfillment on some orders, this is where we use a manufacturer or other supplier to ship products directly to the end customer, this regularly results in customers receiving their orders quicker than waiting on a future stock order to arrive at our main warehouse.

Once an order has shipped Poly Performance, Inc. does not have the ability to do any of the following: change a delivery address, hold a shipment to be picked up at a local hub or access point, have a shipment delivered on a different day/time or authorize release of packages (remove a required signature). Most of these requests will need to be directed to the shipping carrier by the receiving customer.

Poly Performance, Inc. utilizes USPS, FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, and other regional shipping carriers. Please be sure to use a delivery address that can receive shipments from any/all of the carriers. Poly Performance, Inc. reserves the right to use any combination of carriers and does not guarantee the use of a specific carrier to deliver shipments. Poly Performance, Inc. also reserves the right to combine multiple orders shipping to the same address into fewer shipments as well as the right to split orders into multiple shipments. Poly Performance, Inc. reserves the right to require customers sign for delivery on certain orders.

Transit times / Expedited orders

The delivery time on orders depends on many factors; the origin of a shipment, the destination of a shipment, the carrier, and service level all play a key role in how long an order takes to be delivered. When selecting a shipping method during checkout please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are NOT business days and the quoted ship time is business days from when the shipment is tendered to the carrier not from when the order is placed.

For example, if an order is placed with 1 Day shipping on a Friday evening at 6pm PST, the order would not begin to be processed until Monday, due to order volume the shipment might not be processed and tendered to the carrier until Tuesday. An order that ships with a 1 Day transit time on Tuesday would be delivered on Wednesday.

Ground shipment transit times are not guaranteed but typically take 3-5 days to be delivered, in extreme cases shipping carriers may take an extended amount of time to deliver ground shipments, this is out of Poly Performance’s control.

Apartments / Mail Centers / Freight Forwarders

If you provide an apartment, mail center, or freight forwarder as your delivery address, this is at your own risk. Poly Performance, Inc. will not be liable for loss or theft.
Oversized / Large Items / Truck Freight

Oversized / Large Items / Truck Freight

The online checkout system is not able to always accurately calculate the shipping for larger items, such as wheels, tires, full suspension lift kits, oversized bumpers, tire carriers, body panels, storage racks, transfer cases, transmissions, seats, and more. There may be instances where one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you after your order has been placed in order to verify any changes in the shipping costs. If a customer is unable to provide a commercial address with loading dock or forklift on site for truck freight (LTL) shipments, additional charges may be required.

Free shipping offers never apply to oversized items and items delivered by truck freight, many of these items will have flat rate handling charges assigned to them.

Shipping to US Territories

Please be aware that shipments to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and APO/FPO boxes can be very expensive, and at times shipping costs can be more than the order itself. We recommend that any customers ordering from these states and territories contact us to place orders so that we may assist in finding the most economical shipping method.

Free Standard Ground Shipping

Poly Performance, Inc.’s Free Standard Ground Shipping may include one of, or a combination of, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and On-Trac. To qualify for Free Standard Ground Shipping the parts on an individual order must meet a combined total of $149.00 or more after any discounts are taken. Any applicable taxes or handling charges are additional and do not summate towards the $149.00 minimum. Orders must have a delivery address in the contiguous 48 U.S. states (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO boxes). Some parts require additional handling charges due to their extreme size and or weight.

Damaged / Lost / Missing Shipments

If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately by email at [email protected]. All claims must be made within 5 calendar days of order delivery. Please include photos of the packaging as well as pictures of the damaged part(s). Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided to the carrier. After 5 calendar days Poly Performance, Inc. assumes no responsibility for claims made after this time period.

Should a package be completely lost or undelivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the loss to Poly Performance, Inc. so that the problem may be addressed in a timely manner. Lost packages must be reported within 15 days of the original ship date of the package.

UPS My Choice

UPS My Choice gives you a new level of flexibility and control over home deliveries. The free membership offers you free delivery alerts and an approximate delivery time, and allows you to authorize shipment release. It will also allow you to deliver the package to a UPS Access Point® location, reschedule a delivery, or deliver the shipment to another address (these features may incur fees). The My Choice program is based off of your home address as well as your online UPS account.

Poly Performance, Inc. is not liable for any fees or penalties incurred from UPS My Choice including but not limited to reroute, scheduling, or change of address fees. If a customer waives their right to sign for their package through My Choice, UPS and Poly Performance, Inc. are not liable if the package is lost, stolen or damaged. If a customer changes the delivery location or date for their package through My Choice, UPS and Poly Performance, Inc. are no longer liable for previous guaranteed delivery dates.

FedEx Delivery Manager

By signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager at fedex.com/delivery, customers can receive notification of FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages enroute to their homes, and can choose various delivery options. Sign up is free. Some options, including scheduling deliveries for a specific date, or time, or to another address are available for a nominal fee. Customers can also actively track and manage the deliveries enroute to or from their home without a tracking number or even a FedEx account.
