This coupler is not a stock replacement. Advance Adapter conversion coupler works exclusive for the SM465 4wd (10 spline output shaft) to the GM NP205 with a 27 spline male input shaft (previously used with TH350). The SM465 4wd adapter housing must be used. If you need a replacement SM465 adapter housing to the NP205 refer to PN50-4708
