RockJock JK Trac Bar and Steering Stabilizer Shock Relocation Bracket (High Steer, JK / JL / JT Trac Bar)

The RockJock Trac Bar and Steering Stabilizer Shock Relocation Axle Bracket Kit for JK Wrangler and Unlimited vehicles is designed specifically to be used in conjunction with RockJock's High Steer Knuckles.

Given the dramatic changes in geometry high steer knuckles impose, this axle bracket easily bolts on to your factory axle and provides you with geometry correction for your trac bar, raising it's mounting point 2 in., to prevent you from incurring any bump steer after installing the high steer knuckles. The stabilizer shock mount portion of the bracket gives you an easy bolt up anchor point for your shock that sets the shock at a considerably higher position than stock, behind the raised tie rod, to protect it from rocks!

RockJock recommend buying this bracket in RockJock's complete RJ-430001-101 High Steer Knuckle Kit so that you are ensured a complete system that includes everything you need to get the job done. The use of RockJock's RJ-9120FJK forged, organically shaped front trac bar is also strongly encouraged, so that all components nest together for maximum up travel as engineered.

Fitment Specs.:

• Moves stock Steering Stabilizer Shock mounting point upward for correct, matched geometry to the tie rod in high steer applications

• RockJock recommend buying this bracket kit in RockJock's complete RJ-430001-101 High Steer Knuckle Kit so that you are ensured a complete system that includes everything you need to get the job done.
• For a successful finished install of this kit, RockJock recommend the use of RockJock's RJ-441002-101 tie rod clamp bracket to relocate the opposite end of the shock into the ideal place with regards to geometry.
• This bracket allows for the reuse of the use of factory JK stabilizer stabilizer shock.
• If you are intending to use a Bilstein 5100 series stabilizer shock with this system and RockJock's High Steer Knuckle Kit, see Bilstein part number 33-292984 for the bolt-on shock.
• If you are intending to use a Fox stabilizer shock with this system, see Fox part number 985-24-145 is the shock for this application, but it is not a simple bolt on affair in all instances. Some grinding and fitment may need to be done for optimum clearance and performance.
• This bracket does NOT work with Twin tube and thru-rod dampers as they will intersect with other components!
• With regards to differential cover clearance, this system clears fine with an OEM cover. Aftermarket diff covers may need to be clearanced to allow the stabilizer shock tie rod bracket to clear. However, be aware, some diff covers may not work at all.

The Trac Bar mounting hole in this bracket accommodates the (mandatory) use of RockJock's longer length RJ-9120FJLF JL/JT front Trac Bar for optimizing geometry and so that all components nest together for maximum up travel as engineered.
