Trail-Gear 2005+ Toyota Tacoma Rear Disc Brake Conversion Kit

The factory drum brakes on 2005+ Tacomas are not ideal for off-road use with large tires and added weight from over-landing accessories. Trail-Gear rear disc brake conversion kits allow you to install disc calipers and rotors in place of those difficult to maintain drums. Disc brakes come with many advantages including ease of maintenance and pad replacement.

Trail-Gear's kit includes burly 3/8" CNC laser cut caliper brackets with grade 10.9 bolts. TG use large GM style calipers that are shipped fully loaded and TG include GM style vented rotors that were custom made just for TG's Toyota swap applications. The DOT approved brake lines are made so that one end fits the GM calipers and the other end attaches to your OEM Toyota brake lines, so no conversion fittings are required.

This kit fits 2005+ Tacomas with 6 lug axles.
