Revolution Gear Discovery Series 2018+ Wrangler JL / JT Chromoly Front Axle Kit

Revolution Gear & Axle Discovery Series 4340 Chromoly Front Axle Kit, fits 2018+ Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT models with Dana 44/M210 wide-track front axle, only works with the factory 32 spline locker. Revolution Gear & Axle's front axle kit adds strength to the stock setup with superior 4340 Nickel Chromoly steel and larger Spicer 1410X u-joints.

The REV-DC-D44-JLJT-1PC front axle kit was developed with a single passenger side inner axle to eliminate the front axle disconnect (FAD) and intermediate axle creating the strongest setup. Revolution added even more strength by utilizing larger Spicer 1410X u-joints.

The REV-DC-D44-JLJT-2PC-FAD front axle kit retains the passenger side 2 inner axle stock design and removes the front axle disconnect (FAD). Disconnect kit is included. Revolution's front axle kit adds strength to the stock setup with superior 4340 Nickel Chromoly steel and larger Spicer 1410X u-joints. Note: the innermost passenger side axle must be retained and reused.

Revolution Gear & Axle Discovery Series Axles are backed by a 10 Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects and axle breakage, bent axles and twisted splines. This warranty is non-transferable. U-Joints are only covered under warranty against manufacturing defects for 1 Year (Front Axle Kits with Revolution Gear HD Chromoly U-Joints carry a limited 10 Year Warranty). Parts subject to normal wear are not covered under warranty; this includes bearings and seals. Revolution Gear & Axle reserves the right to either axle replacement or credit after the first warranty claim.
