How quickly will my order ship?
Most complete orders placed before 12 noon Pacific Time are sent to our warehouse the same day and usually ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Some orders may ship directly from a manufacturer or supplier.
Do weekends or holidays count as business days?
No. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days for order processing, shipping, or transit time estimates.
Can I choose a specific shipping carrier?
Poly Performance may use USPS, FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, or other regional carriers. We do not guarantee a specific carrier, so please use a delivery address that can receive shipments from any carrier.
Does free shipping apply to oversized items?
No. Free shipping offers do not apply to oversized items, truck freight, or products that require special handling. Some large items may require additional freight or handling charges after checkout.
