Built with top-tier components and validated through rigorous performance testing, the integrated motor control unit sits within the winch itself, allowing it to work seamlessly with modern bumpers and vehicle sensors. A custom Albright contactor is built in to provide seamless power, while the direct-connection design enhances motor efficiency for steady, responsive control without the need for a separate control box. The system also features a compact pre-wired layout for quick installation, a 16-position clockable clutch handle for flexible mounting, and an IP68 rating that protects against dust and water intrusion. Engineered for durability and long service life, the ARB Winch incorporates a 4-stage hardened steel gearbox for maximum toughness, a one-piece bridging plate for improved torsional rigidity, and a tuned 12-volt motor that delivers fast line speeds. A gearbox-mounted brake ensures 100% load holding even in demanding conditions. Control is managed through a compact hand controller that works wirelessly at distances up to forty meters or via a five-meter lead for direct connection. A remote-mounted control plug enables hidden installations, while the 2.4GHz wireless link prevents signal interference. The system is completed with a 500-amp power isolation switch equipped with a stainless lanyard and protective dust cover.

One piece bridging plate offers greater torsional strength.
Prewired connections, versatile mounting options, and preset clutch positioning allow for fast and hassle-free installation. 16 positions (22.5 deg) for clocking the clutch handle for more installation options.
