Returns

1. If Your Order Is Incorrect or Damaged

  • If you receive a defective item, the wrong item, or an incorrect quantity, contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Call us at 805-783-2060, email [email protected], or message us here so we can make it right quickly.

2. Exchanges

  • All exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA). Please contact us before sending anything back.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 45 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all parts and documentation.
  • Fees:
    • If the item originally shipped for free or shipping was discounted, a Shipping Recovery Fee of our actual incurred costs to deliver the item will be deducted from the credit.
    • If replacement was purchased in advance of items being returned, a 5% Payment Processing Recovery Fee will be deducted from the refund, this includes springs swapped in accordance to our spring swap policy.
  • Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product reported within 5 days of receipt.
  • Credit Timing: Credits are typically issued within 7 business days after inspection.
  • Non-Creditable: Shipping and handling charges.
  • Credits not used in 180 days may be forfeited.

3. Returns for Refund

  • All returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Please contact us before sending anything back.
  • Returns are accepted within 45 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all parts and documentation.
  • Fees:
    • 15% Restocking Fee applies to all returned items.
    • If the item originally shipped for free or shipping was discounted, an additional Shipping Recovery Fee equal to the actual costs incurred to deliver the item will be deducted from the refund.
  • Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product reported within 5 days of receipt.
  • Refund Timing: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping and handling charges.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Shocks that have been installed, including for “mock up”
  • ARB Air Lockers that have had the boxes opened
  • Helmets, harnesses, and any dated safety equipment
  • Electrical equipment and accessories including lights
  • Body panels or fiberglass parts
  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., custom seats, axle shafts)
  • Special-order items 
  • Used, test-fitted, mocked up, or installed items
  • Open-box and clearance items (all sales final)

5. Drop-Ship Items

  • If your order shipped directly from one of our distributors, please contact Poly Performance first.
  • Returns sent directly to the distributor without authorization will not be eligible for refunds or exchange.

6. Warranty Claims

  • All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only.
  • Poly Performance does not provide additional warranties.
  • For assistance with warranty claims, contact us and we’ll help you connect with the manufacturer.
  • Replacement or refund is at the manufacturer’s discretion.
