Notes:

• Bump stops are pre-charged to approximately 200 psi, which is a good starting point for most applications. To fine tune the bump stop you will need to release pressure through the Schrader valve or add pressure via a nitrogen fill kit (nitrogen fill kit not included).
• Shorter bump stops require higher internal pressures than longer bump stops which results in a harder impact. Trail-Gear recommend that you select longest bump stops that don't interfere with your up travel or cause you to be riding on them at ride height.

Caution: Charge only with Nitrogen gas. The use of compressed air or any other gas will cause damage to the internal components and void the warranty. Nitrogen gas is available for purchase at most welding supply shops.
