Poly Performance wants to make sure you get the right coilover springs for your ride.

We will gladly swap out coilover springs for customers who have purchased springs from us until you are happy.

Spring swapping is valid for all customers, retail and wholesale/dealers.

Spring Swap Program:

Poly Performance has been helping customers get the correct coil springs for their customers coil-overs since 2001. We've developed an easy and straightforward spring swapping policy to make it painless to get the correct springs. When you buy qualifying springs* Poly Performance will swap them out for different rates or lengths an unlimited number of times.

*Only silver Eibach 2.5" ID / 3.0" ID and blue King 2.5" ID / 3.0" ID qualify for our spring swapping policy. At this time, 3.75" ID and red Eibach springs do not qualify.

Steps to participate:

  1. Purchase coilover springs from Poly Performance.
  2. Install and test (be sure to keep springs in new condition and clean).
  3. If changes need to be made, contact Poly Performance, we'll issue a return authorization.
  4. Send springs you want swapped back to Poly Performance.
  5. When we receive your returned springs we'll inspect and issue full credit for the original purchase price (NOTE - orders that shipped free will have original shipping cost deducted from total credit).
  6. We'll contact you and either help figure out what springs you need or we'll send what you want, if you've done the math yourself.
  7. Your new springs are shipped to you!

SPRINGS MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING:

  • No scuffs, scratches, chips, dings, paint overspray, or defects which impact appearance or function – inside or outside of the spring.
    *** We recommend wrapping the springs in blue/green painters tape or bubble wrap during installation (SEE EXAMPLES BELOW)***
  • Springs not meeting these requirements (SEE EXAMPLES BELOW) will not be accepted as a return or exchange.
  • Springs that still have tape on them will not be accepted as a return or exchange.

Other important details:

  • Credit for springs will be issued at original purchase price.
  • Replacement springs are sold at current price.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return original springs and on the replacement set (NOTE - Retail orders are still eligible for free shipping over $149).
  • Replacement springs will not be shipped until prior springs are returned (new condition and in original packaging). Springs needed immediately will be treated as a new order.

Springs shipped to Poly that are deemed not acceptable must be claimed by the customer within 10 business days, after this time Poly reserves the right to dispose of or scrap the un-returnable goods. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of not acceptable springs, Poly will not cover shipping.
