- Outer "soft" durometer acts as bushing cushion and flex material.
- Inner "hard" durometer lining acts as the bearing surface to allow free floating inner sleeve to rotate. Provides for a maintenance free "zero bind" bushing.
- Internal bushing ring separates inner and outer materials to prevent inner sleeve gaping at extreme flex.
- Direct replacement available for aftermarket control arms using OEM Cleveite style lower control arm bushings.
- Bushings available for all suspension components made by Synergy MFG as well as many other companies.
- Bushings are sold complete with inner sleeve installed.

IMPORTANT: Dual Durometer Bushings (DDB) are not a replacement for Synergy products that originally came with Johnny Joints. These bushings are only replacements for Synergy products that came with Dual Durometer Bushings (DDB). Please call/email for more information on specific products.
Notes:
- SYN-4320-01, SYN-4320-02 and SYN-4320-03 have nylon outer shell.
- SYN-4324-01 and SYN-4324-02 replacement bushings are only for SYN-8550-01 and SYN-8550-02 Track Bars who came with these bushings. If upgrading from SYN-4306-01 polyurethane bushings, Dual Durometer Bushings (DDB) can be retrofitted one of two ways depending on bolt size:
- 94-07 trucks with 14mm or 9/16" bolt: Replace with SYN-4323-01 Dual Durometer Bushing (DDB) or use SYN-8529-01 Retrofit Kit.
- 08-13 trucks with 16mm or 5/8" bolt: Must use SYN-8529-01 Retrofit Kit. - SYN-8550-01 track bars built 5/19/2015 and newer and SYN-8550-02 track bars built 2/13/2015 and newer require replacement bushings SYN-4324-01 or SYN-4324-02 depending on bolt size.
- SYN-4327-03 & SYN-4327-04 are an updated stiffer bushing for the SYN-8550-11
- **SYN-4322-01 bushing is not a retrofit for SYN-8054 that came with Poly bushing halves. Correct replacement bushing is SYN-4303-01 bushing halves.
