Deaver Spring for 2010-2014 Ford Raptor

Deaver Progressive Series springs for the Gen 1 Ford Raptor are high-quality 11-leaf units fabricated with high grade 5160 “American Made” steel. A higher leaf count spring allows the use of thinner leaf material that yields a more flexible progressive leaf stack, or pyramid, producing a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the complete suspension cycle. The even, linear compression rate curve of our progressive system spring is the primary key to excellent ride quality.

Other designs features include full military and rebound wrapped spring eyes for superior durability, diamond cut inner leaf ends minimizing shear points and anti-friction pads inserted between the leafs for a smoother ride and quiet operation.

• All spring kits include bushings, new U-bolts, and replacement front spring eye bolts
• Oversize item, we will call to arrange shipment logistics as these springs ship via freight to a commercial address, additional freight will need to be collected if shipping to a residential address.

Note: DVR-K96 & DVR-K96HD are designed to keep the stock ride height so the factory rear lift block can be removed. Removing the rear lift block will improve rear suspension performance by reducing unwanted rear axle leaf spring wrap which can lead to premature driveline failures.
