Clayton Off Road Jeep Wrangler Long Arm Upgrade Kit for 2007-2018 JK

Clayton Off Road Inc. is known for building the ultimate in Jeep long arm kits and Clayton's new JK long arm kit is no exception.

The lower arms use Clayton's tried and proven 2x2, ¼ wall square tubing and carry Clayton's lifetime warranty against bending or breaking. Clayton's new JK long arm kit is a 100% bolt on kit. One key feature with the new JK front long arm kit is Clayton's bolt-in 3 piece cross member. The cross member bolts into the OEM location and has pockets for the forged 2.5 inch johnny joints which allows for maximum ground clearance. This cross member can be simply bolted in, or it is also setup so it can be welded in for the more abusive drivers. Like all other Clayton Off Road cross members the center section is removable, making any transmission changes simple and can be done without touching any suspension arms. The rear ¼ bolt on bracket was designed to allow for 4 truly long arms. This bracket can be installed without removing the gas tank, and uses 8 bolts to securely clamp to the frame rail. Both the 3 piece cross member and rear frame brackets were designed using the latest 3D Solid Works program, CNC laser cut, and CNC bent for maximum strength and accuracy.

This suspension upgrade system is designed to upgrade any 2007-2018 JK already lifted from 3-8” of lift. It will offer a smoother ride while maintaining excellent handling characteristics. Clayton's systems include eight adjustable control arms which feature either Currie Johnny Joints or dual durometer, self-centering, maintenance free, GIIRO joint bushings, front cross member, rear frame brackets and necessary hardware. NOTE: 1. Custom exhaust modifications are necessary on 2010 and 2011 passenger side, and a AFE loop delete on a 2012-2018 due to clearance. A loop delete and spacer is required on 12-18. 2. Front CV Style Driveshaft is required.
