ICON 2023-2025 Ford F250/F350 4.5" Suspension System Gas with Radius Arms

For those needing increased lift height for larger tires, these 4.5” Lift Coil Spring Suspension Systems feature a dual rate coil spring design that allows for a softer initial rate for superb on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate that increases during compression for excellent bottoming resistance and off-road performance. Fabricated radius arms offer significantly more strength over the OE units and feature built in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, maintenance free bushings, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock, all while eliminating the need for drop brackets and thus raising ground clearance under the chassis. The fabricated track bar drop bracket allows the axle to be properly centered under the frame and reduces road feedback throughout the steering system with improved on- and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer.  The included box kit includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent bind, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and high quality stainless steel extended brake lines. All Stages are available with either heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit lift or ICON's Rear Leaf Spring Expansion Pack.

Stage 3 features ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series internal reservoir front and rear shocks, engineered with a vehicle specific tune for improved vehicle handling and excellent ride quality on- and off-road. ICON’s dual opposing steering stabilizer kit featuring ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks improves steering damping to better control undesirable steering feedback caused by larger tires.

Stage 4 ups the ante with ICON's proven 2.5 VS shock absorbers with remote (front) and piggyback (rear) reservoirs for superior fluid cooling and suspension performance. Also included is ICON's Adjustable Front Track Bar to dial in front suspension geometry with easy, on-vehicle adjustment.

Stage 5 includes ICON's CDCV Technology, providing manually adjustable, fine-tuning of compression damping performance on each shock. In addition, the steering stabilizer is upgraded to ICON's 2.5 Centerline Steering Stabilizer.

Stage 8 steps up to the convenience and performance of fully electronic, on-the-fly-adjustable, automatically reacting CDEV Technology.  Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone and once configured the system functions without driver input.
