Get up to 40% more travel versus stock! Stage 4 adds ICON's Billet or Tubular Upper Control Arms to squeeze every inch of travel out of the Tundra's suspension while increasing suspension lift height. ICON UCA's are optimized for lifted or leveled trucks, with caster adjustment built into the geometry of the arm, making it easier to dial in your truck's steering alignment. These UCA's feature ICON's proprietary Delta Joint Pro, which is fully serviceable and provides up to 90-degrees of movement to allow bind-free movement throughout the full range of suspension travel afforded by the ICON coilovers.

Stage 5 adds Remote Reservoirs to the 2.0 VS rear shocks to provide increased fluid volume and surface area, resulting in better heat dissipation. Stage 5 provides improved rear shock cooling without the increased price of larger 2.5 rear shocks.

IVD-K53236T - Stage 6

To provide for sustained shock performance at speed through rough terrain, Stage 6 adds remote reservoirs to the ICON 2.5 front coilovers and 2.0 rear shocks. Reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade.

Get increased rear shock performance to match the 2.5 front coilovers. Stage 7 includes ICON's 2.5-inch diameter VS Series rear shock absorbers with remote reservoirs, for a massive increase in shock oil volume and surface area for heat dissipation to help prevent cavitation and maintain damping performance over long stretches of rough terrain. In addition, the 2.5 VS rear shocks feature 7/8" rods and other beefier components to handle the long travel and punishing cycle rates of moving fast across the terrain.

Stage 8 helps to free up the rear suspension movement while gaining strength and ground clearance with the addition of ICON rear lower suspension links. Available in either billet or tubular versions these links employ dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end, and a massive FK rod end at the other to provide the best combination of free articulation and ride quality. The billet lower links provide the additional benefits of on-vehicle adjustability and replaceable rock skids.

Stage 9 is our basic CDXS Suspension System for 2022-25 Toyota Tundra. It yields 2 to 3.5" of front suspension lift and includes 2.5 VS front coilovers and rear shocks with CDXS dual speed damping technology, a Sway Bar Drop Kit and either billet aluminum or tubular steel Upper Control Arms with ICON's propritary Delta Joint Pro. Stage 9 is also available in 3-4.5" lift variants which also include ICON's Dual Rate Rear Coil Spring kit.

Stage 10 includes ICON's exclusive CDCV Compression Damping Control valves for fast, easy adjustability as well as a full complement of ICON suspension components from front Upper Control Arms to rear Upper and Lower Trailing Arms, in either billet or tubular versions.

Stage 10 is also available in both 2 to 3.5" and 3 to 4.5" lift heights with CDXS equipped 2.5 VS front coilovers and rear shocks. In addition to everything included in Stage 9, Stage 10 adds billet or tubular upper and lower rear suspension links and ICON's billet adjustable rear track bar to fully dial in rear suspension geometry for optimal performance. 3-4.5" systems also include ICON's Triple Rate Rear Coil Springs and Billet Adjustable Rear Track Bar.

Stage 11 adds ICON's innovative Compression Damping Electronic Valve system and ICON Intelligent Control to provide instant, on-the-fly suspension optimization while you travel. CDEV reacts virtually instantly to commands from the IIC module, which reads terrain and speed through sophisticated sensors and electronics, resulting in just the right suspension tune, all the time, right on time.

The larger rear shocks provide increased fluid capacity and surface area for improved heat dissipation during hard use.
