Synergy Jeep JL / JLU / JT Front Track Bar and Sector Shaft Brace

Synergy MFG's 2018+ Jeep JL / JLU / JT Front Track Bar and Sector Shaft Brace is designed to better distribute the increased load the frame side track bar bracket encounters on a lifted Jeep and supports the steering box sector shaft from excessive deflection. A track bar bracket or steering box failure is a quick way to end your day! A lift and large tires can easily push these components past their capacity, wallowing out the track bar bracket hole and even flexing your frame. Help prevent damage to your steering box and the dreaded "death wobble" with this easy, beefy upgrade!

• SYN-8869-01 and SYN-8869-04 do not require 2" bump stop spacer if Synergy trackbar SYN-8875-01 is used
• SYN-8869-01 and SYN-8869-04 does require a 2" Synergy bump stop spacer SYN-8057-10 if the stock track bar is used
• SYN-8869-24 requires use of 2"  Synergy bump stop spacer SYN-8057-10
• This is not a replacement track bar bracket. This is a brace to reinforce the stock frame-side front track bar bracket
• If your stock track bar bracket is damaged, complete required repairs before installing this product
• If using an aftermarket front track bar, the front springs should be removed and the suspension cycled to full bump to determine the bump stop spacing required to prevent the track bar from contacting the sector shaft nut, or any other interference
• If using PSC Big Bore Steering Box Kit it is necessary to use the Synergy Mfg. Sector Shaft Nut (Part # SYN-8869-10) and PSC Hardware kit (Part # PSC-HWK-689-PP)
