Gen-Right Jeep TJ/LJ Crawler COMP Gas Tank

This is the Crawler™ Extreme COMP Gas Tank to fit a TJ/LJ (1997-2006). The COMP tank is specifically designed to allow the rear axle to be moved back up to 7" (a full 6" with a D60!) to stretch your Jeep's wheelbase for the absolute BEST departure angle! Each tank is made from 1/8" thick Aluminum alloy and is assembled in a foam lined matching heavy duty 3/16" thick skid plate with straps & factory Mopar roll over valves.

• 1" more ground clearance than the the stock Jeep skid plate
• All tanks are 100% pressure tested
• 14.5 Gallon capacity

All Crawler fuel tanks are designed to accept all the stock Jeep fuel pick up, sending unit and other related equipment so you will not get any check engine lights or other engine computer issues. Because of shape and location changes, installation of this product WILL require changes to the last 14" of the exhaust tail pipe.

Fits well with Currie Anti-Rock rear sway bar. Due to the unusual configuration of this tank to allow such radical axle re-location, it "might" require the installer to lengthen the connection(s) to the in tank fuel pump. To install this tank in a 2003 or newer Jeep, it might require a 1" body lift.
