The MODEL 105 is the latest and strongest model that has developed over 15 years of
computer designing and extensive testing to ensure that this is the

Features:
- Frame Construction computer designed to withstand the constant use in a professional
fabrication shop. All links are CNC machined out of Cold Roll steel,
stress relieved, straightened, then dipped in an anti-corrosion
resistance solution and sprayed with a two part chip resistant black
epoxy.
- All Pins are CNC machined out of heat treated tool steel with easy grip finger
indentations to make removal easy. This eliminates the problem
associated with using pins that have rings which are constantly
flipping over and jamming between the links.
- Ratchet Assembly:
The model 105 handle has beenredesigned with a high leverage ratchet
assembly thatrotates on a special steel bushing that is graphite
impregnated with an extended push bar, that has closeratio spacing
that shortens bending time with precisionaccuracy.
- Powerful: The model 105 is so wellengineered that the average fabricator is
able to bendmild steel tubing such as 1¾ O.D. x .095 wall thickness
easily by hand.
- Bending Time: Average time to complete a90 degree bend is approximately 30-60 seconds (dependingon the size of tube).

Largeindustrial type degree and stop ring combined withspecial
adjustable stop bracket, with fine adjustmentcapabilities makes it
