Shipping:
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Most products are shipped UPS Ground. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will
do our best to contact you. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Backorders will not be charged until your order is ready to ship
- except for orders paid through PayPal.com. Payments made through PayPal.com will be charged immediately. Poly Performance, Inc. has no control over this.

About Pricing:
All prices are in US Dollars. Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise noted. Prices subject to change without notice.
About California Sales Tax:
California Sales Tax will be applied to all purchases made by customers whos billing address or shipping address is within California. California Sales Tax will be applied to all purchases shipped within California. This applies to all customers from other states or countries who purchase products and
have these products shipped to an address within California.
Returns:
If a change must be made to an order, please contact us immediately. We will not accept returns without prior authorization. Items
may be returned if unused within 30 days of shipping, with a 20% re-stocking fee. There are NO returns after 30 days from date of reciept. Freight is nonrefundable.
If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, contact us immediately so we can discuss a resolution.
Warranties:
All warranties are handled by the manufacturers. Items needing repair should be returned to the original manufacturer.
