Trail-Gear Weld-On Rock Slider Gusset Kits

These kits are designed to simplify the installation of our Weld-On Rock Sliders by adding mounting plates and strengthening gussets to each mounting leg of the slider.

Begin installation by welding the plates to the mounting legs of the slider. Next weld the gusset to the mounting legs and the plates. The sliders can then be attached to the frame either with bolts through the four 1/2" diameter mounting holes in the plates (see images) or for added strength (and less drilling) the plates can be welded onto the frame and the mounting holes can be used for rosette (plug) welds.

• Plates and Gussets Weld to Rock Slider Mounting Legs - Plates can then be welded or bolted to the vehicle frame.
• The 6-Leg Kit fits 58" and 67" Weld-On Rock Sliders
• The 8-Leg Kit fits 78" Weld-On Rock Sliders

• 58" and 67" Weld-On Rock Sliders Have 6 Mounting Legs (3 Per Side)
• 78" Weld-On Rock Sliders Have 8 Mounting Legs (4 Per Side)
