The Big Bore XD‑JL Cylinder Assist steering gear is built for Jeep JL and Gladiator JT owners who need stronger steering control and long‑term reliability when running larger tires or seeing real off‑road use.

This steering gear is designed to work with a Cylinder Assist ram, taking load off the internal gear and transferring it where it belongs. The bigger piston area provides improved steering force while maintaining proper on‑center feel, giving you a steering system that holds up without losing precision.
